Has anyone seen my summer?
Holy cow, it's been more than a month since I posted. I think that's a personal slacker record for me. So much has happened, I hardly know where to begin. At the same time, it's all the same stuff: kids, swimming, cons, etc.

I just came back from Dragon*Con. I had a total blast, catching up with friends including [info]reddherring1955, [info]eugie, [info]orig_ladycat, [info]whtbearfan, [info]aldeygirl, [info]friedsf, and [info]arkhamrefugee.

One of the highlights of the con for me was my interview of Edward James Olmos.

Now that my children are back at school I finally have a regular time slot in which to write. If only I could catch up.

I vow to use LJ more often. Fingers crossed I can pull it off.

It's good to see you back here. Good luck with the writing -- and everything else.

Great interview with Edward James Olmos. (That must have been a trip.) Glad you had a great time at the con.

Thanks, P.

The interview was really cool. I've loved EJO's work for years and it was pretty special to spend some time with him, one-on-one.

Are you that woman in the wine-colored corset who spoke to me at Dragon*Con? Oh, yeah, I remember you! :-D

Good luck on the schedule. How do you pronounce it, with or without the "ch?"

LOL!

Yep, guilty on the corset front. When I have a chance to download the pictures, I will include one here. I wish I'd felt up to wearing the silver corset, too. :(

and I pronounce it like skedule.
